    Various Canadian Governmental and Non-governmental Organizations provide scholarship opportunities to eligible international students who want to study in Canada. To apply for the scholarship, you should meet all the requirements specified by the corresponding Organization/Authority in terms of Academic Score and Other Documents.

    Yes, you can study in Canada without having taken the IELTS test. Other than IELTS, Canadian Universities offer a variety of English Language Proficiency Test options. TOFEL, PTE, CPE, and Cambridge English Test are some of the options.

    Academically, you must have a minimum GPA of 2.8 on a scale of 4 in order to qualify which is 65–70%. Even though some Canadian universities may accept lower grades, you will be restricted to specific courses.

    Canadian Universities have three intakes in a year. The most popular is the Fall/September intake in which universities accept the highest number of applications from international students, Second is the winter intake in the month of January, and the third is the summer intake which happens in the month of May.

    The processing of a Canadian study permit application can take up to 12 weeks or 90 days. The processing period for a study permit can take longer for a variety of reasons, such as if your country’s government is unstable or if there is a pandemic. You can get your study permit sooner by using the Student Direct Stream.

    The majority of Canadian Universities and Colleges accept students with study gaps as long as they follow the rules. A study gap of two years is permissible for Diploma and Undergraduate programs, while a study gap of five years is acceptable for postgraduate courses, as per the regulations.

    September or Fall intake is the primary intake where Canadian Universities and colleges accept the highest number of applications from international students. Compared to winter/January intake and spring/May intake, September/Fall intake offers a diverse variety of courses.

    Like most places, the age limit to apply for a study permit to study in Canada is from age 18 to age 35. But this may vary from state to state.
